NoteBulk
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: March 8, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the NoteBulk website, installing the browser extension, connecting a Notion workspace, or using any related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility and account requirements
- You must create and maintain a valid account to use NoteBulk in production.
- You must install the NoteBulk browser extension to use the in-Notion product experience.
- You may only connect Notion workspaces and content that you own or are authorized to manage.
Service description
NoteBulk is designed to run bulk actions inside Notion web. The current product focuses on bulk actions such as move, move to trash, and lock, with other actions and capabilities subject to change over time.
Notion permissions and integrations
To use NoteBulk, you must authorize access to a Notion workspace and grant the browser extension the permissions it needs to run on Notion web and communicate with the NoteBulk API. You remain responsible for reviewing the permissions you grant and for complying with Notion's own terms and policies.
Your responsibilities
- Review your selected pages, destinations, and actions before running an action.
- Keep your account and devices secure.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not abuse Notion or other systems.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
Action execution, logs, and rollback
- Bulk actions execute based on the page IDs and action parameters you submit.
- Audit logs and rollback-related records are retained for no more than 14 days.
- Retention and rollback availability may vary by plan.
- You are responsible for checking action results, including failure details and any available rollback options.
Plans, billing, and refunds
NoteBulk may offer free and paid plans with different limits and features. If paid subscriptions are enabled, billing, subscription management, and refunds will be handled through Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms and processes.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to NoteBulk if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, misusing the service, or creating security or operational risk. Disconnecting a Notion workspace removes the related access token, and deleting the related user/account data removes associated records.
Intellectual property
NoteBulk and its software, branding, and service materials are owned by NoteBulk or its licensors. Your Notion content remains yours or your licensors' property.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
NoteBulk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bulk actions can change your Notion workspace, so you should review selections carefully before running jobs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteBulk disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of NoteBulk after changes means you accept the updated terms.
